Our objective is to transform properties in historic, picturesque, and oceanfront communities where we can increase their value while generating revenue through short-term rentals or resale. We are looking to expand our footprint within the luxury market beyond the northeast region of the United States, after renovating single and multi-family homes in Martha’s Vineyard, Long Beach, the Poconos and the Hamptons.
